Espoontori
Espoontori is a versatile shopping centre in the centre of Espoo, adjacent to the railway station and the local administrative centre.
Espoontori is a partner in everyday life because it is located conveniently on the way home. Shopping is quick and effortless. The centre offers a selection of products and services for everyday needs and urgent daily routines. Thanks to excellent connections and more than 450 free parking spaces, Espoontori is quick and easy to reach by car, bus and train.
On weekdays, Espoontori is visited by some 10,000 customers, and by 6,000 on Saturdays. Espoontori is located in the centre of Espoo, close to the Ring III motorway. The railway station is adjacent to the shopping centre. The number of inhabitants in the catchment area is 58,000, with 23,400 households.

In 2010, Citycon refurbished approx. 10000 square metres of shopping centre Espoontori’s retail premises and parking facility. Espoontori shopping centre is situated in Espoon keskus, centre of Espoo, Espoo´s administrative centre next to the vivid railway station. It´s located in the heart of a growing residential and business area. New apartments are being built in its immediate vicinity. Espoon keskus has lots of working place and excellent traffic connections. For these reasons the purchasing power of Espoon keskus is good.
Espoontori can be expanded to the adjacent lot owned by Citycon. A possibility to connect Espoontori and adjoining shopping centre Entresse by a connecting bridge has also been investigated. Together these two centres and the future extension of Espoontori would create a strong and appealing commercial entity. It would also be among the biggest shopping areas in Espoo.
Citycon has invested approximately EUR 25.8 million in the project. |

Espoontori has a central location in the area of Espoon keskus and it also has excellent traffic connections. The shopping centre itself was renewed in a thorough renovation project in 2010. We have good co-operation with the other retailers and operators in the shopping centre.
We have very good experience of Citycon as a shopping centre operator. Citycon is a safe partner with whom everyday matters are easy to handle. We are especially happy with our new, more specious premises.
