Citycon's Biggest Registered Shareholders

Citycon Oyj's main shareholder is Gazit-Globe Ltd., which held 217,574,694 shares in the company on 31 March 2013, i.e. 49.3 per cent of the total shares and votes in the company. Gazit-Globe Ltd.'s shareholding is nominee-registered due to which said shareholder is not mentioned in the list of registered shareholders below.
