Registration Document

Registration Document contains information on the company, its business operations and its financial position, and it has been prepared in accordance with the Finnish Securities Market Act. The Finnish Financial Supervisory Authority has approved the Registration Document on 30 November 2012 and it will be valid for the next twelve months.

According to Citycon's policy, the company will have a valid Registration Document available at all times.

The Registration Document is available as of 3 December 2012, for a period of its validity in the Finnish language at the corporate website, and as a paper copy in Finnish and English at the offices of the company at Citycon Oyj, Korkeavuorenkatu 35, FI-00130 Helsinki, Finland as well as at NASDAQ OMX Helsinki Ltd.'s service point at Fabianinkatu 14, FI-00100 Helsinki, Finland. On 18 May 2012, the Finnish Financial Supervisory Authority approved the English language Securities Note and Summary relating to the listing of Citycon Oyj’s EUR 150 million domestic bond, which together with the company’s Registration Document dated 23 September 2011 forms the listing prospectus of the bond.
