Citycon strives to continuously provide the market with accurate and up-to-date information on the company, with the aim of improving the recognition of the company's business, enhancing investor-information transparency and, consequently, shareholder value.

Adhering to the principle of objectivity in its investor communications, Citycon publishes all of its investor information in Finnish and English, primarily on its website. The company publishes its printed annual report in Finnish and English.

Citycon actively meets with investors both in and outside Finland. In 2009, the company executives carried out presentations of Citycon as an investment target in approximately 40 events, and met with some 270 institutional investors either in one-on-one or small-group meetings. In addition, the company's representatives meet investors in seminars arranged by associations or banks, in broader public events and during asset tours to the company's shopping centres.

Citycon applies a three week silent period preceding the publication of its financial results. During this period the company's representatives do not meet investors or analysts, or comment on the company's financial position.
